The International Association of Culinary Professionals are putting on a wonderful event: “Where food, fashion, and media connect” from March 29th-April 2nd. Here are a few examples of engaging lectures: fermentation for the 21st century, the joy of eating, what everyone really needs to know about the farm bill, learning to cook through the lens of health and wellness and the Chefs Move to Schools day on Sunday, April 1st with Chef Bill Telepan, Culinary and Nutrition Educator Julie Negrin, Associate Professor of Nutrition at Columbia University Pamela Koch, and Professor of Nutrition and Education at Columbia University Isobel Contento.
