SPRING after school cooking classes

Spring is coming, it’s time for creativity, it’s time for fun. After a wonderfully successful winter session, we are preparing for our Spring after school cooking class offerings. Students of all ages are invited (as are their parents) to come roll up their sleeves and make simple seasonal fare, learn about how and where the ingredients we use grow, set a table with new friends and enjoy the flavors of their making. Sample upcoming menus: granola, quinoa veggie salad, spring soup, sprouts and pesto. For info on classes happening at Poly Prep Country Day School, click here.
