Corn Silk tea – sweet and clear

Corn silk

Summer is such an abundant time. Berries and fruits abound. Gardens are lush with flavor sensation. Often, amidst delicious abundance, we might find ourselves feeling a little extra full or bloated from other sweet indulgences. My favorite remedy for such an occassion – comes along with boiling up corn on the cob which is everyone’s summer favorite!

What to do:

Boil the corn on the cob with the corn silks. When the corn is ready, so is your corn silk tea. Pour it in a tall glass and enjoy warm. It aids digestion, and serves to clear excess fluids in the body.
