Our June table top is dedicated to staying hydrated through out the hot summer months!. We have shared a wonderful watermelon agua fresca recipe care of our friends at Randall’s Island who taught us how to make it last summer at our food & garden camp. The children loved smashing the watermelon and squeezing it with their hands, although we think they enjoyed drinking the watermelon juice even more!
